ISO 9001 certification is considered as part of the quality system evaluation for network partners.
Partners maintain in-house measurement and inspection capability, such as CMM and hardness testing, appropriate to their production scope.
On-time delivery is tracked as part of ongoing partner evaluation, with corrective action taken where performance does not meet expectations.
Material documentation and traceability are managed according to applicable industry practices and project requirements, with specific requirements implemented where requested by the customer.
Beyond individual partner qualification, LIAPLIAS manages the network as a whole to protect confidentiality, support supply continuity, and maintain production traceability.
Factory names and pricing are never disclosed to third parties.
Each product category has qualified alternative partners, allowing continuity of supply if one partner's capacity is constrained.
Relevant production and inspection records are maintained at the manufacturing partner level, supporting quality review when required.
